Houston cop Drew Ryser the fourth and final cop with a
pending case, was convicted of the misdemeanor oppression charge and agreed to
two years probation for his involvement with the beating of 15-year-old Chad
Holley three years ago. A videotape shows the boy running from the cops falling,
then lying face down with his hands above his head as the cops punched, kneed
and kicked him.
